When your order ships

Everything is roasted after you order, so allow one to two business days on the bench before it leaves Sheffield. Most orders ship within 48 hours.

Custom label orders of ten bags or more can take three to five business days depending on the print run. Wedding and corporate deadlines are always honored: tell us the date on the enquiry form and we will confirm it.

Shipping rates

Flat $8 shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Orders over $100 ship free.

Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders are quoted case by case, call 815-641-7800.

Returns on coffee and tea

Coffee and tea are perishable and roasted to order, so we cannot restock an opened bag. If something arrives damaged, stale, or simply is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it.

Returns on custom labels

Custom labeled bags are printed with your artwork and cannot be resold, so they are non-refundable once printed. We will always send a proof for orders of ten bags or more before anything goes to the printer.

If we print the wrong thing, that is on us and we reprint it free.

Merchandise

Unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping. Just email us first so we know it is coming.
