We started as a retail roastery in Galena, Illinois in 2010 with one roaster and a wall of flavors that kept growing. People came for one bag and left with five.
These days we roast on the family farm in Sheffield, Illinois. Same wall of flavors, more room to work, and every single bag is still roasted to order after you buy it.
